Helping Organisations to Flourish

Business Management Consulting

Is your organisation flourishing?

Has it reached it's full potential?

When was the last time you stepped back to take a view of how your organisation is working as a whole?

Why not download our health check questionnaire for businesses and not-for-profits?

We work with owners and senior leaders of businesses and not-for-profits to transform their organizations by first assessing what is and isn't going right across the organisation. We help to map a future direction to help your organisation, and its people, to flourish and reach its full potential through analysis of the problems and developing practical solutions, whether for business processes - such as strategy, annual planning, or team-specific processes - or an independent review of your whole organisation's processes and function.

Think of us as a doctor for your business, listening to you, diagnosing key issues and working with you to resolve them.

If you suffer from low customer or donor satisfaction, few repeat customers or donors, high staff turnover, or low profitabiility, then the chances are that you're not giving your customers or donors the experience they need to keep coming back.

Something needs to change as your brand is suffering.

If your organisation has grown, but your processes and systems haven't, then your teams are probably overworked. If you have long lead times, then you probably need to review how to improve efficiency to reduce them. If you can't deliver your promises to customers, then your processes probably need reviewing and improving.

Something needs to change as your staff, growth potential and profits are suffering.

If you're stuck and can't see how to innovate or change direction, then asking for help is a sign of strong leadership.

Something needs to change as your organisation will plateau.

Contact us to find out how we can help you deliver for your customers and staff by reviewing how you are working and more importantly, how you could be working.

How we work together

Firstly we have an initial 30 minute conversation to see how we can help (at no charge)

Then we meet for 1½ - 2 hours to dig deeper in to your organisation (at no charge)

We prepare a proposal and costing to review your organisation and provide recommendations

Once our proposal is accepted, we start work

We provide our report and recommendations to you so that you can decide the best way forward for your organisation

Inefficiency kills profitability

Inefficiency can eat up 20-30% of your revenue.

Inefficiency can frustrate staff leading to higher turnover, costing £3,000 to replace each person.

Inefficiency can frustrate customers with lower quality, longer lead times and lower service levels.

All of this costs your brand.

Cross-organisational review

We can work with you to review your entire organisation, looking at people, processes and systems to identify where there are inefficiencies.

We can also assess areas for innovation and change, helping you work out how to implement the changes you want to see.

Issues are often beyond one team or department, so a whole-of-organisation review provides the best insights.

Strategic roadmap for the future

We work to provide you with options - including 'do nothing' - so that you understand the risks and opportunities that you have, empowering you to make informed decisions for your organisation.
